Leon founded Lexon Advisory after more than fifteen years in public practice, working across accounting, business advisory, taxation and corporate restructuring.
His experience covers tax compliance and technical tax advice, outsourced CFO services, transactions and structuring, turnaround, and the management of international corporate groups. He works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and private clients, with complex matters handled in house rather than referred out.
His career spans several respected Sydney firms, where he led engagements across tax, advisory and financial operations and advised businesses through growth, financial pressure and succession.
Lexon Advisory was established to bring that experience together in a more considered model of advice, with precision, transparency and the person responsible for the relationship directly involved in the work.
Outside work, Leon follows sport, music and politics, and keeps up with a young family.
